Yamunotri Temple:
The Yamunotri temple is dedicated to Goddess Yamuna and is situated at an altitude of 3,293 meters in the Garhwal Himalayas.
The temple was originally built by Maharaja Pratap Shah of Tehri Garhwal and is located near the Yamuna River’s origin.
The temple is accessible only during the pilgrimage season, typically from April/May (Akshaya Tritiya) to October/November (Diwali).
